Booking L'Ancien Chai

This beautiful gite is available to rent or hire for holidays all year round at the following rates per week.

October to April inclusive:

£700 per week

Christmas and New Year

£800 per week

May, June & September:

£840 per week.

July & August:

£1400 per week.

Terms for renting L'Ancien Chai

A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is payable to confirm a booking, with the rental balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to departure, payment is required in full.

Linen, lighting and woodburner heating costs are included.

Cleaning is provided, but guests are expected to leave the house in reasonable condition to avoid retention of deposit for additional cleaning after their stay.

A refundable deposit of 25% is required to cover breakages and excess electricity charges. This will be charged when you pay your rental balance 8 weeks before arrival and will be refunded back to you quickly after you depart.

Holiday bookings usually run from arrival on Saturday 5pm to departure before Saturday 10am, to allow for cleaning at changeovers.  Variations on these timings where necessary to be agreed at time of booking. If you need an arrival date other than Saturday, we will try to accommodate this.

NOTE : Outside July & August, we are able to accommodate booking start and departure dates other than on a Saturday
